Job Title : Sales Executive

Job Requirement :

•      Male or Female
•      Permanence Residential in Phnom Penh
•      Bachelor degree in Sales & Marketing or related field
•      One year experience in sales executive or relevant.
•      Willing to work both indoor and outdoor.
•      Good communication and good at negotiation skills.
•      Good in written and spoken English or Chinese
•      Good appearance.
•      Independent and self motivated.
•      Computer skills (MS Office)
•      Hard working and honest

Job Duties :

•      Make sales plan and ensure the guide line is implemented.
•      Site inspection and surveying on areas to be serviced.
•      Following up existing client, new clients and renew contract.
•      Preparing quotation and sale proposal.
•      Formulates marketing strategies and planning of sales activities to achieve monthly sales targets.
•      Explains and convinces customer to accept to proposal with the knowledge information of the service.
•      Working on the quotation within the company and submit.
•      Correspondent between company and clients “relationship strengthening”
•      Cooperate with operation department on any jobs to be done.
•      Assists sales/business to develop and implement effective marketing programs to achieve objectives.
•      Works closely with sales teams to promotion plan.
•      Collects, consolidate, and analyze sales data, marketing intelligence.
•      Ensuring timely sale and marketing reporting to sale manager.
•      Establishing new plans every month for the marketing strategies development purpose.
